Paweł is Qalified Polish Valuer. (qualification granted by Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction). He is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) a professional body that accredits professionals within the land, property, construction, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. He holds a master’s degree in law and a master’s degree in sociology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has also gained a postgraduate diploma in property valuation from the Poznań University of Economy. Currently he prepares his Phd. on economic law matters related to real estate market. He is also certified valuer listed by Polish Banks’ Association.

Paweł has several years of experience as a real estate market consultant and market analyst in consulting firms and state institutions. He was involved in many residential real estate projects, as well as commercial real estate, particularly in the logistics, office and retail sectors. Experience in making market analysis, including investment profitability analysis, highest & best use reports, or competitive analysis has been confirmed by many companies. He is an author of publications on the real estate market and property valuation.

Performed valuations of real estates are in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, the professional standards of the The Polish Federation of Valuers` Association (PFSRM) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Each valuation also meets the requirements of the banking recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the requirements of individual banks and credit institutions. Paweł has extensive experience in all sectors of the real estate market, documented with many valuations for individual clients, businesses and credit institutions.
